Artist Bio
From their website:

The Radishes are a San Francisco/Los Angeles based band with a sound that has been described as Nirvana meets Motorhead. Other influences include such high-energy units as The White Stripes, The Stooges, The Pixies, The Hives, Artic Monkeys, Flipper, and NIN, with hooky, angular guitar lines, ferocious vocals, relentless drumming, and a unique, darkly ironic approach to songwriting.

The Radishes are comprised essentially of multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and writer Paul Stinson (SF) and producer, multi-instrumentalist and general wunderkind Scrote (L.A.).  Other musicians on the Sophia EP were John Baker (electric lead guitar), Beth Robie (drumz) and Matt Strickland (bass on "Lemmy"), who also engineered the sessions at Hitwall in SF.  For their CD, Good Machine, The Radishes teamed up with famed drummer Earl Harvin (Berlin).  Both Radishes CDs were mixed by legendary engineer Mark Needham (known most recently for his work with The Killers) in Hollywood, CA.

Live Radishes shows are infrequent due to the long-distance nature of the band, but the trio occasionally pops up in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York for high intensity sets that leave the audience reeling.  The studio version of The Radishes are also available to create custom, world-class alternative soundtracks for your film, television and commercial needs.
