Vlaze Media Networks, Inc. ("Vlaze" or "the Company") is a self-contained digital production studio and distribution network that leverages the efficiencies and lower barriers to entry of broadband Internet Protocol to deliver high-quality original online video in both live streaming and on-demand 24/7 programming feeds to over 12 million unique visitors per month. This high volume of traffic has enable Vlaze to regularly place in the Top 1000 Website rankings as tracked by comScore.

Operating from a 40,000 square foot facility (personally owned by the Company's founder) in the Silverlake District of Los Angeles, just a short distance from downtown and the majority of Hollywood's historic studios, Vlaze produces cutting edge original content at the pace of up to 400 unique properties per week. This output by far exceeds any of its competitors and is enabled through a highly disciplined production process which places a premium on efficiency and minimizing costs while maximizing "production values," otherwise known as the perceived quality of the content. As a consequence of this aggressive output, Vlaze has accumulated a valuable intellectual property library consisting of more than 40,000 clips ranging from short-form to longer-form programming and covering a wide range of genres including behind-the-scenes footage, live musical performances, reality shows, advice segments, interviews, news, gossip, sports and more. Among the content contained in the Vlaze Content Vault are performances from SXSW 2007 / 2008, The Vans Warped Tour, and Vegoose. Its assets include a state-of-the-art 8-set soundstage, two green screens, full post-production facilities, administrative building and 30 parking spaces, and a dedicated 11' x 41' billboard adjacent to the highly trafficked US-101 North Freeway.

The Company has bundled its video programming with a robust feature set designed to encourage "stickiness" and viral marketing of the content, including social networking functionality, multi-format file uploading capacity with 300 MB storage provisions, customized user profiles and interface "skins" and more. Its content is aggregated on more than 170 third-party social networks and/or video aggregation sites including FaceBook, YouTube, MySpace, Yahoo! Video, GoFish, Imeem, LiveLeak, and Break.com. The core target audience is focused on the highly desirable 18 to 34 year-old demographic although given the highly targeted appeal of its properties, some of its content will also appeal to consumers in their 40's and 50's who tend to have higher discretionary incomes even if they are not generally regarded as "trend-setters" by marketers.
