Actress, Voice Over specialist, TV Host, Radio Personality, and Comedian in training, Heather Welborn is one of today's brightest rising entertainers. Before taking on her current responsibilities as host of MusicPlusTV.com's daily series, "The SureShot," Heather was no stranger to entertaining large crowds. Past host of the radio show, "Da Bounce," on 91.7 FM in Philadelphia, Heather has enjoyed enormous success behind the microphone. A specialist with over 20 character voices to her credit, she has provided voiceover work to projects for PBS and Barney & Friends to name a few. An exceptional Voice Over Artist, Heather has the ability to bring any character to life with a unique imagination, versatile tone and superb vocal range. When Heather is not behind the microphone she can be seen in front of the camera. Most recently, Heather has graced the camera in national television commercials for Sci-Fi's "Eureka" and MTV Network's "Sorority Life." Realizing her own potential at an early age, Heather always knew one day she would forge a permanent impression in the world of showbiz. Drawn to the art of performing at an early age, Heather's fate was sealed at the young age of six when her father purchased one of the first video cameras on the market. For the next twelve years this talented young child entertained friends and family by doing the daily news, skits with her cousin and sister, and directing her own music videos. Eventually realizing that she was born to perform, Heather enrolled at Drexel University where she earned a BA in Global Journalism with a concentration of Film and Video Production. While enrolled at Drexel, Heather played shooting guard for their Division 1 Women's basketball team. Emerging as a 3-Point sensation her teammates gave her the nickname "Hollywood" for her showboat style of play and of course her fanatical, but yet entertaining personality. Torn between pursuing a career as a professional basketball player or as an entertainer, upon graduation Heather received her first real life experience as a reporter at CNN in Atlanta while completing an internship. This internship would seal her faith and pursuit to become an entertainer. Always studying her craft, Heather is well on her way to solidifying her own path in life. Whether it is hosting, acting, comedic impersonations, voice over, dancing or modeling, she is emerging as a multi-talented fresh face.
