Marc A. Cubas is the Chairman & CEO of Vlaze Media Networks, Inc. He is the behind-the-scenes engine who assembled the team that made vlaze.com a high ranked online portal. Originally conceived as a vehicle to expose emerging talent barred from mainstream playlists, Cubas' direction and vision has expanded vlaze.com beyond its groundbreaking 24/7 online television programming. Putting his entrepreneurial and business development experience to work, Cubas has positioned vlaze.com at the forefront of next-generation media creation, distribution and consumption, creating a robust social network with unlimited hosting capabilities and innovative playback features. The flagship television broadcast stream – going strong since June 15 of 2005 – will eventually be one of several channels exhibiting video content from artists to brands to professional video producers. Cubas has created the digital infrastructure valuable to the range of Vlaze.com's partners, including brands, production crews, filmmakers, venue owners, traditional media outlets, and of course, artists.

Located in the creative Hollywood/Silverlake District of Los Angeles, Vlaze Media Network's 35,000 sq. ft. headquarters boasts a state of the art, 8-set studio, full post-production facilities and equipment, a large administrative facility, an 11 x 41 billboard rising adjacent to the 101 highway, living quarters, and a 30 car parking lot. Cubas purchased the property in 2001, and personally built the structure to the full-blown television network compound it is today. The headquarters houses all of vlaze.com's operations, productions and administration, ensuring the efficient high-quality/low-cost ratio that has defined Vlaze Media Networks, Inc.'s success.
