video > Jamie Jo Release Party for the Single 'U Turn Me On' at the Beverly Hills Hotel

Description

New artist on the scene, Jamie Jo, is poised to take the dance world by storm with her September 23rd release of the hot single "U Turn Me On." Joining the sultry siren on this debut track is the instantly recognizable guest star - the Bee Gees’ Barry Gibb - who lent his talents and inimitable voice. Gibb states, “There are a lot of people with talent, but it takes more than talent, she also has pure determination.”

Also joining efforts with Jamie on this single are dance remixing kings - Eddie Baez and Maurice Joshua who have put their golden touch on the track. Exclusive versions of the single can be found at iTunes and Amazon and every online store will carry the general release version. Online presence has been secured with front page placements at sites such as HollywoodPreviews.com, Vlaze.com, MP3.com, Download.com, Starshinemagazine.com, PoprockCandyMountain.com as well as others. This single is front loading an exciting full album release with such superstar producers as Damon Elliott (Destiny’s Child, Pink,) Carmen Rizzo (Paul Oakenfold,) and Bobby Robinson (Jennifer Lopez.)

To herald the release of the track (the featured single from her debut album IN VIOLET releasing in early ‘09) a launch party with a colorful LA-based guest list including socialites Lady Victoria Hervey, Nikki Haskell and others will be held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on September 18, 2008. She will be performing at the event for industry insiders, press and some very lucky fans. Clubzone.com has already proclaimed "If you are looking for panache of glittering electro, power-pop and sultry rhythms, look no further than up-and-coming artist Jamie Jo."
